Sojuzpatent Takes Part in International IP Webinar

Sojuzpatent’s Head of Legal Department Maxim Mikhailov spoke at the webinar “Implementing an IP Strategy for Deep Tech Entrepreneurs Going International” before European businesses. The webinar was organized by the Russian Chamber for Commerce and Industry's representative office in Germany.

In his submission, which was followed by the participants’ questions, Maxim elaborated the following issues:

• intellectual property, including know-how: what should be taken into consideration before launching a joint project and after its completion;
• recommendations on how to shape the IP framework for high-tech cooperation between Russian and foreign companies;
• practical aspects of confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.
