Krasnodar Region Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – Hasbro Inc. (USA)

The Arbitration Court of the Krasnodar Region ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Hasbro Inc. (USA) in an administrative offence case. The court brought the unauthorized importer to administrative responsibility according to part 1 of art. 14.10 of the Russian Administrative Offences Code with a fine and confiscation of infringing goods marked with a designation confusingly similar to the Russian trademark No. 497649 FRIENDSHIP IS MAGIC owned by Hasbro Inc.
