Arbitration Appeal Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – LLC “KRKA PHARMA”.

The Ninth Arbitration Appeal Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – KRKA PHARMA in a patent RU 2137766 infringement case. The Court upheld the Decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court according to which the Сourt rejected claims of the patent holder to injunct KRKA PARMA from marketing in Russia medicine "Emanera", to destroy the said medicine and to reimburse damages.
