Moscow Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client Albion Co., Ltd.

The Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client - Albion Co., Ltd. (Japan) and rejected the claims of the plaintiff, Lornamid, Inc. (USA), the owner of the Russian trademark No. 87346, to consider illegal the decision of the Russian Patent Office on the early termination of legal protection of the said trademark regarding all the services of class 03 of the Nice Classification.
