Moscow Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent's Client – ZAO “PIK “MAKSIMA”

On June 5, 2006, the Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of the client of SOJUZPATENT – ZAO “PIK “MAKSIMA” in a copyright case against Stalker Ltd. The dispute was over the copyright for the photographical illustration which had been used as a symbol of the Russian National Agricultural Exhibition “Golden Fall” which takes place annually in Moscow since 2001.
