Appeal Arbitration Court for Ninth Circuit Rules in Favor of our Client “Center Grand Firm”

The Appeal Arbitration Court for Ninth Circuit ruled in favor of the “Center Grand Firm” - a client of SOJUZPATENT in a case over the infringement of the exclusive right for database (to be used in the construction business commercial calculations). The remuneration sum disputed was 6500000 Roubles and it was the largest dispute in the Russian Federation over the database exclusive right.
