The Moscow City Arbitration Court ruled in favor of plaintiff JSC “Otechestvennie Lekarstva”

October 29, 2009 – The Moscow City Arbitration Court ruled in favor of plaintiff JSC “Otechestvennie Lekarstva” (Russia) and declared illegal decision of Russian PTO on invalidation of the Russian patent 2229291 (relates to the drug against hang-over syndrome) previously made on the opposition filed by JSC VeroPharm (Russia). This case follows previous favorite to the client of Sojuzpatent ruling of courts (of all three instances) to put permanent injunction on JSC VeroPharm and to collect damages for manufacturing of patented drug.
