The Decision of the Chamber for the Patent Disputes of the Russia Patent and Trademark Office came into force. This Decision satisfied the Opposition filed by Sojuzpatent on the previous Rejecting decision of the Examination which rejected the trademark application “INNOVATION” of the Sojuzpatent client – JSC “Donskoy Tobacco” (Southern Russia).

November 13, 2006 the Decision of the Chamber for the Patent Disputes of the Russia Patent and Trademark Office came into force. This Decision satisfied the Opposition filed by Sojuzpatent on the previous Rejecting decision of the Examination which rejected the trademark application “INNOVATION” of the Sojuzpatent client – JSC “Donskoy Tobacco” (Southern Russia).  The trademark is allowed for the registration for tobacco products (class 34).
