Sojuzpatent Represents Interbrand Group before Chamber for Patent Disputes

On June 8, 2006, Sojuzpatent represented ‘Interbrand Zintsmeyer and Lux AG’ and “Interbrand UK Ltd” (members of the Interbrand Group known for the annual publishing of the Top 100 World brands) in hearings at the Chamber for Patent Disputes against the Russian company ZAO “Interbrand Rusconsulting” which had squattered the “Interbrand” trademark in Russia.
The hearings were postponed because of the defendant's petition to let him study the documents provided by SOJUZPATENT – among the document the poll showing that Russian customers know the Interbrand Group ltd. – it means that the registration contradicts to the Paris Convention
