Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – Hasbro Inc. (USA)

The Arbitration Court of Kaliningrad Region ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Hasbro Inc. (USA) in an administrative offence case. The court brought the offender to administrative responsibility according to part 1 of art. 14.10 of the Russian Administrative Offences Code in the form of a fine of 50 000 RUR with confiscation of the subject of the administrative offence for the illegal use of the  designation similar to the Russian trademarks No.No. 572649, 325007 the right holder of which is Hasbro Inc.
