Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – RENAULT s.a.s (France) in an administrative infringement case. The court recognized the infringement and decided to bring the offender to administrative responsibility according to part
1 of art. 14.10 of the Russian Administrative Offences Code, imposed an administrative fine and decided to confiscate the infringing goods.
