What are the requirements for patent marking in Russia?

Patent marking is not officially required or recommended by Russian legislation. Therefore, goods can be marked with information regarding patents (or pending patents) in any manner chosen by the seller.

At the same time, the information regarding patent documents should be factually correct in order to avoid any legal issues related to the possible misleading of competitors and/or customers.
