Trademark Cancelled in the Interests of Our Client - a Korean Cosmetics Company

The Intellectual Property Court cancelled international registration No. 696204 for class 3 products in Russia due to its non-use (case No. SIP-287/2019).
Our litigation team brought the non-use cancellation action on behalf of Lee, Jin Hyung, the CEO of Jayjun Cosmetic Co., Ltd., a Korean cosmetics company.
This decision will enable Jayjun Cosmetic to register its own marks in Russia and effectively protect its IP rights.
