TM Dispute Initiated by Our Client MAC Moda (Germany) Favorably Settled

The Intellectual Property Court approved an amicable agreement in a trademark dispute initiated by MAC Moda (Germany). The non-use cancellation action had been brought against the MAGJEANS trademark cited by the Russian Patent and Trademark Office against our client’s mark.

As a result of the settlement, our client obtained the opportunity to register its renowned MAC JEANS brand in Russia.
