Stussy Defends Trademark Portfolio in Russian IP Court

A Russian entrepreneur filed a claim with the Intellectual Property Court seeking to terminate the legal protection of several Stussy, Inc. (USA) trademarks (International Registrations Nos. 928609, 949562, 1195885, 1398588, 1385301, and 139226) for all goods in ICGS Classes 18 and 25.
The trademark owner was represented by Sojuzpatent lawyers.
On May 6, 2026, the court dismissed the plaintiff’s claims in their entirety, preserving full legal protection for our client's trademarks.
