Sojuzpatent Successfully Represents its Client “SHEEX, Inc.” (USA) before IP Court

Sojuzpatent represented the interests of a leading bedding and sleepwear products manufacturer “SHEEX, Inc.” (USA) before the Court for Intellectual Property Rights in a trademark non-use cancellation action brought on behalf of our client in order to lift obstacles to registering their trademark in Russia. As a result of Sojuzpatent’s legal efforts, the owner of the opposed international trademark registration No. 818008 granted a Letter of Consent for registration of the  client’s designation  as a trademark.
