Sojuzpatent Successfully Represents its Client “Leaders Cosmetics” (Korea) before the Court for Intellectual Property Rights

Sojuzpatent represented the interests of its client Leaders Cosmetics (Korea), a leading Asian cosmeceutical company, before the Court for Intellectual Property Rights in a non-use cancellation action brought on behalf of the client in order to lift obstacles for registration of its trademarks in Russia. As a result of Sojuzpatent’s legal efforts, the owner of the opposed registration, “For Leaders Ltd.” (Russia) chose to refrain from extending the trademark (reg. No. 399706).
