Sojuzpatent Successfully Represents Actavis

Sojuzpatent represented the large pharmaceutical company Actavis Group PTC ehf. (Iceland) before the Court for Intellectual Property Rights in a trademark non-use cancellation proceeding. The lawsuit was brought on behalf of our client in order to remove obstacles to registering their trademark in Russia. Thanks to Sojuzpatent’s legal efforts, IP Court fully satisfied the claim and cancelled the opposed trademarks, thus enabling our client to register their designation in Russia.
Actavis is owned by the pharma giant Teva.
