Sojuzpatent’s Client Calzedonia S.p.A. (Italy) Prevails in WIPO Arbitration under UDRP

The Administrative Panel of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center ruled in favor of our client Calzedonia S.p.A. (Italy), a major producer of hosiery and beachwear for women, men, and children.
The Panel adjudicated that the disputed domain name calzedonia-online.com had been registered and used in bad faith and honored our client’s claim to transfer the domain name to Calzedonia S.p.A. The case was processed under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
