Sojuzpatent’s Client ATM Cleared of Patent Infringement Charge

Sojuzpatent successfully represented a leading bimetallic and aluminum heating radiators manufacturer, ATM, Ltd., Russia, before the Moscow Arbitration Court in a patent infringement case. On May 17, 2019, after multiple hearings and evidence from an expert appointed by the Court, the Court dismissed the infringement claim against our client, holding that the other party’s patent is not used in ATM’s product.
