IP Seminar at International Institute for Management of Entrepreneurial Associations

On December 12-13, the International Institute for Management of Entrepreneurial Associations organized a training on IP protection. In the framework of the training, Sojuzpatent’s Head of Legal Department Maxim Mikhailov and Senior Lawyer Maria Plotkina held a seminar on specific features of license and franchise agreements. Our colleagues highlighted the main issues that should be taken into account during preparation of such agreements and explained how to avoid complications in the process of state registration of granting the right.
More than 150 specialists from 32 regions of Russia were present during this course.
