Sojuzpatent Defends Client's Design in Administrative Dispute

Rospatent’s Chamber for Patent Disputes refused to satisfy an objection against the validity of the patent for industrial design No. 139627 "Nozzle for air humidification systems" owned by Sojuzpatent’s client Buhler AHS LLC.

The objection was based on the alleged non-compliance of the design with the novelty requirement. In its hearing, the Chamber for Patent Disputes did not agree with the assertion that the sources provided by the claimant fully disclose the essential features of the protected object.

By our attorneys’ efforts, the validity of the patent and the legitimate interests of the client were fully preserved.
