Our Client’s Trademark “SARTORE” Survives Cancellation Action

Sojuzpatent’s lawyers successfully represented the right holders of the famous French-based footwear brand SARTORE in a non-use cancellation action brought against the Russian part of international registration 564023 “SARTORE”. As a result of our lawyers’ legal efforts in the Court for intellectual property rights and during the negotiations, the parties sighed an amicable agreement that was approved by the court on May 15, 2019. According to the amicable agreement, the trademark’s legal protection remains in full force.
