Shanghai Endura Tools (China) Resolves Trademark Dispute

A lawsuit in the interests of Sojuzpatent’s client – Shanghai Endura Tools Co., Ltd. – was filed in the Intellectual Property Court. The claimant demanded the early termination of legal protection of the ENDURA HI-TECH trademark, which had prevented the registration of the claimant’s trademark.During the consideration of the case, the parties agreed on the possibility of a peaceful settlement of the dispute.
