Our Client Rixos Prevails in UDRP Arbitration

The Administrative Panel of the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center ruled in favor of our client Rixos Hospitality B.V. (the Netherlands), a worldwide known chain of hotels and resorts.

The Panel adjudicated that the disputed domain name rixos-hotels.comhad been registered and used in bad faith and honored our client’s claim to transfer the domain name to Rixos Hospitality B.V. The case was processed under the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP).
