Moscow Court Upholds Cavendish & Harvey’s Petition to Revoke Federal Antimonopoly Service Decision

The Moscow Arbitration Court revoked a decision of the Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS), by which the FAS had dismissed Cavendish & Harvey’s application to open an administrative case against a supposed infringer. The Court obligated the FAS to reconsider Cavendish & Harvey’s application to acknowledge as an act of unfair competition the sale of J’Ardel lozenges imitating the packaging and label of Cavendish & Harvey’s lozenges.
