LEE KUM KEE (Hong Kong) Wins Another TM Invalidation Case

After the successful invalidation of the Russian trademark № 552609, the famous manufacturer of Chinese sauces and dressings prevailed in another case brought this time against the Russian trademark 
№ 570360.
The claim was filed with Rospatent’s Chamber for Patent Disputes. The claimant asserted the similarity of the disputed trademark to LEE KUM KEE’s logo and company name. The Chamber for Patent Disputes satisfied the claim and invalidated the disputed trademark in full.
