Japanese Restaurant “Tokyo” Trademark Successfully Defended by Sojuzpatent in Court

Sojuzpatent’s lawyers successfully represented the rights of a locally popular Japanese cuisine restaurant “Tokyo” in a non-use cancellation action. Due to our lawyers’ legal efforts in the Court for intellectual property rights, the non-use action was dismissed in its main part. Accordingly, our client’s trademark in respect of Japanese cuisine restaurant services remains in force.
