Interflon B.V. (NL) Favorably Settles Trademark Infringement Dispute

The Moscow Arbitration Court approved a settlement agreement regarding an infringement of Interflon’s IR No. 508565 and closed the proceedings on the case.
The infringement action was brought to court with the help of Sojuzpatent after one of former resellers failed to meet Interflon’s demands. The parties agreed to settle in order to avoid costly and time-consuming proceedings. Sojuzpatent’s lawyers worked to put in place an effective agreement. The defendant ceased all activities potentially infringing on Interflon trademarks while our client obtained necessary safeguards for the future.
