ERIKS NV (the Netherlands) Retains its Rights to ECON Trademark

Sojuzpatent’s lawyers successfully represented the rights holder of the ECON trademark under international registration 187502 in a non-use cancellation action regarding the Russian part of the IR. As a result of Sojuzpatent’s lawyers’ legal efforts in the Court for Intellectual Property Rights and during the negotiations, the parties have signed an amicable agreement, which was successfully approved by the court. According to the amicable agreement, the ECON trademark retained its legal protection in full.
