DYSON Defends its Trademark Portfolio

A non-use cancellation action against 15 Dyson trademark registrations was filed by a Hong Kong company trying to register a Dyson Home designation in its name.
The Intellectual Property Court agreed with Sojuzpatent lawyers' arguments, acknowledged Dyson marks to be widely known among Russian consumers and decided to maintain legal protection of Dyson registrations for most of the goods (those in use and similar to them).
