Sojuzpatent successfully represented the famous manufacturer of Chinese sauces and dressings LEE KUM KEE in a trademark invalidation case.
The Chamber for Patent Disputes satisfied an invalidation action filed in the interests of LEE KUM KEE Company Limited against a trademark similar to the logo and firm name used by LEE KUM KEE in its business activity. The Chamber considered the grounds of the action and decided to invalidate the disputed trademark in full.
