Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – Rixos Hospitality B.V. (the Netherlands)

The Tula Region Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – hotel and resort management company Rixos Hospitality B.V. (the Netherlands) in an administrative offense case. Our client’s trademarks were illegally used by a hookah café business in central Tula. Based on our professional opinion and the collected evidence, the court established the fact of the trademark infringement and brought the infringer to administrative liability according to the Russian Administrative Offenses Code.
