Arbitration Court of Novosibirsk Region Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – Hasbro Inc. (USA)

The Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Hasbro Inc. (USA) in an administrative offense case. The court brought an unauthorized importer to administrative responsibility according to the part 1 of art. 14.10 of the Russian Administrative Offenses Code with a fine of 60 000 RUR and confiscation of infringing goods marked with the designation confusingly similar to the Russian trademark No. 474936 “Собери 4” owned by Hasbro Inc.
