Arbitration Court of Sverdlovsk Region Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – Hasbro Inc. (USA)

The Arbitration Court of Sverdlovsk Region ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Hasbro Inc. (USA) in an administrative offence case. The court brought unauthorized importer to administrative responsibility according to part 1 of art. 14.10 of the Russian Administrative Offences Code with a fine of 50 000 RUR and confiscation of infringing goods marked with a designation confusingly similar to the Russian trademark No. 403768 “BABY ALIVE” owned by Hasbro Inc.
