Novosibirsk Region Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – Bentley Motors Limited (UK)

The Arbitration Court of the Novosibirsk Region ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Bentley Motors Limited (UK) in an administrative offence case. The court brought the unauthorized importer to administrative responsibility in accordance with Part 1 of Art. 14.10 of the Russian Administrative Offences Code with a fine of 60 000 RUR and confiscation of infringing goods marked with a designation confusingly similar to the Russian trademark No. 395017 «BENTLEY» owned by Bentley Motors Limited.
