Arbitration Court of Kaliningrad Region Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – Hasbro Inc. (USA)

The Arbitration Court of the Kaliningrad region ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Hasbro Inc. (USA) in an administrative offense case. The court brought an unauthorized importer to administrative responsibility according to part 1 of art. 14.10 of the Russian Administrative Offenses Code with a warning and confiscation of infringing goods marked with the designation confusingly similar to the Russian trademarks No. 88257 «MY LITTLE PONY» owned by Hasbro Inc.
