The Presidium of the Court for Intellectual Property Rights Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client - Iridium Satellite LLC.

The Presidium of the Court for Intellectual Property Rights ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client - Iridium Satellite LLC (USA) in a cancellation action against Russian trademarks with words «ИРИДИУМ» and «IRIDIUM» No. 131936 and 260142. The court upheld the Decision of the Court on Intellectual Property Rights according to which the court rejected the claims of LLC “Iridium Mobile”.
