Court for Intellectual Property Rights Ruled in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client - Gan&Lee Pharmaceutical Ltd.

The Court for Intellectual Property Rights ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client - Gan&Lee Pharmaceutical Ltd (China) in a patent RU 2313362 invalidation case. The Court on Intellectual Property Rights considered the case as the court of first instance and decided to confirm the RUPTO’s decision to recognize the patent RU 2313362 invalid in full. This decision was appealed by the patent holder in the Presidium of the Court on Intellectual Property Rights. The Presidium of the Court on Intellectual Property Rights upheld the decision oft Court on Intellectual Property Rights on the recognition of patent RU 2313362 invalid in full.
