Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client - DAF Trucks N.V.

The Thirteenth Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client - DAF Trucks N.V. (Netherlands) in a trademark infringement case with regard to the international registration No. 448007 «DAF». The Thirteenth Arbitration Court upheld the decision of the Arbitration Court of Kaliningrad Region according to which the court forbade LLC "BALTSPETSMASH"  to produce and otherwise enter into civil turnover cars marked by trademark «DAF» under international registration No. 448007 and collected from LLC "BALTSPETSMASH" in favor of DAF Trucks N.V. compensation for the infringement of the exclusive rights for the trademark in the amount of 100,000 (one hundred thousand) rubles.
