The Court for Intellectual Property Rights ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – The Topps Company, INC (USA) in a trademark  non-use cancellation action. The court preterm terminated the Russian trademark «BATTLETECH» No. 224492 on the ground of its non-use regarding goods of 16, 28 classes and services of 41, 42 classes of Nice Classification and collected from the trademark owner LLC “TEHNOLOG” in favor of The Topps Company expenses for the payment of the state fee in the amount of 2 000 (two thousand rubles)
