Court for Intellectual Property Rights Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – Iridium Satellite LLC

Court for Intellectual Property Rights ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client - Iridium Satellite LLC (USA) in non-use cancellation action against Russian trademarks with words «ИРИДИУМ» and «IRIDIUM» No. 131936 and 260142. The court rejected the claims of LLC “Iridium Mobile” to preterm terminate the said trademarks of Iridium Satellite LLC.
