Chamber for Patent Disputes Decides in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client - TELEFONAKTIEBOLAGET LM ERICSSON

Chamber for Patent Disputes of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property decided in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client - TELEFONAKTIEBOLAGET LM ERICSSON (Sweden) in patent RU 2223555 invalidation case. Chamber for Patent Disputes rejected the opposition of LLC “TMC RUS” against issuance of patent RU 2223555 on the ground of not compliance of the inventions under the independent claims 1, 15 and 26 of the said patent to the conditions of patentability “novelty” and “inventive step”. The said patent is valid.
