Moscow Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – LLC “KRKA PARMA”

The Moscow Arbitration Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – LLC “KRKA PARMA” in the Russian patent No. 2137766 infringement case. The court rejected claims to LLC “KRKA PARMA” to stop offering for sale and sale of medicine "Emanera", to destroy the said medicine and to reimburse damages in the amount of 11 468 298 rubles.
