Arbitration Appeal Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – JSC "VEROPHARM".

The Ninth Arbitration Appeal Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – JSC "VEROPHARM"  on recognition invalid the Decision of the Russian Patent Office on recognition patent No. 2134123 invalid case. By the said Ruling the Ninth Arbitration Appeal Court accepted the abandonment of Aventis Pharma S.A. of its claims against the decision of the Russian Patent Office on recognition partially invalid Russian patent No. 2134123 for the group of inventions and on issuance of a new patent for the invention with the claims specified by the applicant - Aventis Pharma S.A.
