Arbitration Appeal Court rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Clients – Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. and LLC “TEVA".

The Ninth Arbitration Appeal Court ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (Israel) and LLC “TEVA" on recognition invalid the decision of the Russian Patent Office on refusal to consider opposition on the issuance of the Russian patent No. 2148400 acse. By the said Ruling the Ninth Arbitration Appeal Court upheld the decision of the Moscow Arbitration Court regarding the same case according to which the court considered the decision of the Russian Patent Office on refusal to consider opposition on the issuance of the Russian patent No. 2148400 invalid and obliged the Russian Patent Office to reconsider the opposition of LLC “TEVA" on invalidation the Russian patent No. 2148400.
