Arbitration Court of Moscow Region Approves Settlement Agreement in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client – Ferrero S.p.A.

The Arbitration Court of Moscow Region approved a settlement agreement in favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Ferrero S.p.A. (Belgium) in a trademark infringement case with regard to the Russian trademarks of Ferrero S.p.A.  No. 172654 and No. 420210. Sojuzpatent filed to the Arbitration Court of Moscow Region a law suit regarding the violation by individual entrepreneur Isakov A.V. the exclusive rights of Ferrero S.p.A.  for the Russian trademarks No. 172654 and No. 420210. During the court proceedings Ferrero S.p.A.  and individual entrepreneur Isakov A.V. agreed to conclude a settlement agreement. The Arbitration Court of Moscow Region approved this settlement agreement on the terms which coincide with the interests of Sojuzpatent’s client.
