The State Court of Kiev Ruled in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s client – Ghan and Lee Pharmaceuticals Ltd. (China) in the Ukrainian patent № 79477 invalidation case. The court satisfied the claims of Ghan and Lee Pharmaceuticals Ltd. and recognized the Ukrainian patent No. 79477 (patent holder - Sanofi-Aventis Deutschland GmbH) completely invalid.
