Arbitration Court Rules in Favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client - Soremartec S.A. (Belgium)

 Arbitration Court of Kaliningrad Region ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client -  Soremartec S.A. (Belgium) in a dispute on bringing LLC "Viga-Balt" to the administrative liability under Part 1 of Art. 14.10  of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation.

Arbitration Court of Kaliningrad Region ruled in favor of Sojuzpatent’s Client -  Soremartec S.A. (Belgium) in a dispute on bringing LLC "Viga-Balt" to the administrative liability under Part 1 of Art. 14.10  of the Administrative Offences Code of the Russian Federation. The Court acknowledged the existence of administrative offense and decided to confiscate goods: sweet waffles with fillings «PRALINKI KOKOSOWE» and «PRALINKI KOKOSOWE LUX» in which trademark under international registration No. 798984 is used.
