Moscow Arbitration Court Approves Settlement Agreement In The Interests of Sojuzpatent’s Client - Soremartec S.A. (Belgium)

 The Moscow Arbitration Court approved a settlement agreement that meets the interests of Sojuzpatent’s Client -  Soremartec S.A. (Belgium)  in a dispute on the infringement of the trademark under the international registration No. 1052439.

The Moscow Arbitration Court approved a settlement agreement that meets the interests of Sojuzpatent’s Client -  Soremartec S.A. (Belgium)  in a dispute on the infringement of the trademark under the international registration No. 1052439. Sojuzpatent in the interests of its client -  Soremartec S.A. filed to the Moscow Arbitration Court a law suit against violation of exclusive right of Soremartec SA to the trademark international registration number 1052439 by LLC "Nika" and LLC “TD Antey”. During the court proceedings Soremartec S.A., LLC "Nika" and LLC "TD Antey" agreed to conclude a settlement agreement. The Moscow Arbitration Court approved this settlement agreement on the terms which coincide with the interests of Sojuzpatent’s client.
